Before you go

Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

This location used to be great during its first couple of months after opening, but recently the quality of service has gone downhill. I’ve had multiple issues with my orders, including them adding ingredients that aren’t part of the recipe, like honey in a smoothie bowl I regularly order that’s not supposed to include it. Another big disappointment is that they no longer accommodate allergies, which they used to handle without any problem. That was one of the main reasons I kept coming back. Unfortunately, it’s gotten to the point where I’ll have to find a new place when I just want to enjoy a smoothie or smoothie bowl.

After waiting for 15 minutes for my order I go to the counter to see what's going on, only to find both workers sitting down on their phone. They only get started on my drink after I remind them about their job, but only until the two workers start arguing in the back. I tell the cashier to cancel my order as it's taking too long (I'm the only customer in the building) and I have a house showing to get to. He prints out a receipt and says that I've been refunded. There was no refund, he just printed another copy of the original receipt to get me off his back. Love Jamba Juice but this location is beyond terrible.

Was looking at the menu and the worker went up to us asking if we needed help and assisted us. Worker was very nice and helpful. Overall service was great. If I could rate it more than five stars I would. Very clean inside and looks new.
